This is classic Americana… We have imported a 1958 Airstream Overlander. So far we have stripped the interior down, lifted the shell from the chassis, removed the old axles and replaced with new UK spec axles, put in a new handbrake and A-Frame, replaced the wheels, tyres, locking hitch and dolly wheel. Currently we have new aluminium sheets coming from across the pond to complete some exterior repairs. Then, once watertight, we can move on to the interior. We are planning to have a full kitchen, bedroom, shower and toilet, and dining area. We are aiming for a high spec finish but weight is a big consideration with the Airstream, so we have to choose materials carefully. Totally off grid but very transportable, as well as being sited in jaw dropping locations, it will also be available to hire to take away on your travels as well, for holidays far away, festivals or as extra accommodation for weddings and functions.

How does it all work?

Once you have booked your required dates, you will be sent a text message giving full directs and what3words location. The location will change at different times of the year but they are all carefully chosen to give you the best experience possible. When you arrive one of our team will meet you and handover the key. Lights and the wood burner will be on ready for you. If you have pre-requested the hot tub to be on upon arrival it will also be ready for you. If you are arriving in the dark we will provide torches. You will find an iPad on the Airstream with all the information you will need and helpful instructions relating to how things work, places to eat and things to do. You will have an unlimited supply of logs and we provide 24hr support for any questions or issues. If you are taking the Airstream away for your own adventure, we will arrange handover at our workshop or if requested at a location of choice. Delivery and collection is offered, please ask for rates. The Airstream is totally off-grid, but if you are staying somewhere with an electricity hook, there is a connection so you can use hairdryers, straighteners and other high power items.
